A nice, quiet neighborhood on the North Side. No traffic on the street, except for a horse-drawn wagon down the block. In 1907 most of the houses here were less than twenty years old.
Still a nice neighborhood today, but not as quiet with all of those horseless carriages. Nearly all the houses from the older photo are still in place, aging gracefully.
